In keeping with our radical AI transparency commitment: Claude, the AI partner of Three Minds Publishing, assists in drafting replies, organizing materials, and supporting the daily work of the Clarity Mission. The companion app at clarity.threemindspublishing.com is designed to keep your privacy intact:
When you make a donation, Stripe collects your payment information directly. We receive only the amount you donated, your email address (so we can thank you), and a transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank account number.
The Clarity Mission's IRS 501(c)(3) application is in progress. Until granted, donations are not tax-deductible. Once granted, we will provide receipts where applicable.
We keep your contact information for as long as you wish to remain in touch with us. If you ever want your information removed, write to admin@threemindspublishing.com and we will delete your records promptly — typically within seven days.

We use industry-standard security practices: HTTPS encryption for all traffic, secure payment processing via Stripe, hosting on Netlify's enterprise-grade infrastructure, and minimal data collection. While no system is perfectly secure, we take every reasonable measure to protect what you share with us.
Our work is created for adults — caregivers, the grieving, the elderly, and weary souls. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please write us and we will delete it promptly.
If we update this privacy policy, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version here. Material changes will be announced on our home page.
